Communications before the work started was very good. This was a very big job (75,000 L in-ground concrete pool) and so many things could have gone wrong, but there were no surprises – everything went according to plan. That’s where Excavation Chanthier, and Eric in particular, came in. One phone call, and that same afternoon he came to meet us to assess the extent of the damage and explain how he would proceed with the demolition. He and his team of workers (Yvon and Max) were true professionals, kind and empathetic; we couldn’t have found a better company. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. The excavator operator was super nice; he went the extra mile, demonstrating his professionalism (he managed to save a peony plant that has sentimental value for my wife).
